A great day of opportunities at University of Arts London.
Employment 4 All was proud to host a lively and impactful employment event at the University of the Arts London, designed to connect jobseekers with employers who champion social value and inclusive hiring.
Throughout the day, candidates met with employer partners including OCS, PROception, Vigilant Security, The Royal Bell, Omni Facilities Management, Big Easy Restaurants, Strive Development Ltd and Munnelly Group. They explored opportunities across hospitality, food and beverage, admin, customer service, corporate security, construction and labouring, with many candidates securing positive outcomes and next-stage interviews on the day.
Guest speaker Karl Wood, MBA, FCIPD, shared his expertise with the training group, offering honest insight into employer expectations and providing one-to-one guidance to help attendees navigate their career journeys. Our trainer, Adewale Adesegun, supported participants to build confidence, articulate their experience and make the most of their conversations with employers.
Special thanks go to Heather and the University of the Arts London team for their support, to all employer representatives for their commitment to social value, and to Employment 4 All colleagues and volunteers whose hard work made the event possible. Events like this reflect Employment 4 Allโs mission to break down barriers to work and create real pathways into meaningful, sustainable employment.
